1/. Scammed her mum with legal matters & forcing her to pay for most charges
2/. Using deceitful method to get her mum to disclose her personal password, such as, (SingPass, ATM card & others
3/. Falsefully acting as the Employer, forcing mum & siblings to pay for all Helper charges
4/. Unlawfully withdrewing monies from mum ATM card
5/.Pretenciously that she was the authorised "Home Taker" by making the sibling to signed
6/. Cheating the Tax Authority on tax relief (but never took care on her mum)
7/. Pretentiously buying Life insurance for her mum & making herself as the SOLE benefiaciary (without any sibling knowledge)
8/. Openning of Mum Bank A/C by including her son name (Becoming a Jiont A/C)
9/. Trying to cheat Tenant on govt tax/levy
10/. Forcing Helper to pay her own tax/levy, which is lawfully to be paid by her
