Square Trade Protection Plan 2 year plan Said 2 year plan but really only 1 - Beware!! San Francisco California
Square Trade Protection plan for 2 years purchased for my new HP printer advertises, as did Office Depot, a quick replacement by Square Trade if anything were to go wrong "NO HASSLES". when I called about a faulty printing problem (garbled printing and lines across the page) they forwarded me to HP and said they cover the first year. This is after waiting through their endless voicemaill, holding pens, etc. just to be told I had to contact HP (and you know what that means! No help whatsoever!). in addition when they forwarded me and after waiting 15 min. for HP i was dropped! Don't bother buying it, its a ripoff!
