I ordered 2 NIB Pyle ceiling mount round speakers from Vm express on e-bay, made in China I felt more protection was needed so I purchased Square Trade purchase protection. This company founded by Steve Abernathy, the CEO is Ahmed Khaishgi provides another layer of purchase protect on purchsaes if they should fail. The speakers failed, I contacted Square Trade electronically, they just blew me off. Never get involved with this Co.
