Squaretrade gave me the run around when I tried to have my expensive fax machine repaired. I have been trying to get my fax machine repaired since August, first they said I didn't send the receip when I clearly sent it, I even have their email taht they received it. Then they don't call for months, or respond to my emails. when I called in today, I spoke with a rep named Benjamin who admitted that the previous rep made a mistake and I should have been taken cared of in 2-3 minutes, but he said that since it has been months since, He can only offer me a refund of my warranty and will leave me with the unusable and expensive fax machine, he got really rude at the end and even said "take it or leave it"
Squaretrade is a ripoff and have uneducated, untrained and rude representatives. I would stay away from them and would strongly speak negatively about this company.
