Ed, Ya nothing from Gail the con artist in months. Does not respond to emails or calls or back office requests for communication. How’s your refund or funds back going? If you challenge Gail she doesn’t allow you to be in the club and kicks you out of chat rooms. You challenge her more and she doesn’t communicate.

UPAG is a scam and Gail and Lynette are con artists. No update posted or communication in months. Prove me wrong with evidence of return of funds. Round and round we go Gail, Lynette and Ed. Legal will be copied in all correspondence. Fraud is fraud. T

It appears that Gail Rahill and Lynette Artin are now pushing another business - Total Life Changes (https://totallifechanges.com/).  There has been absolutely no update from either Gail or Lynette regarding t he situation with GNGS/SuperfoodMyBody/Upag in over two months.    I'm not posting this to pass judgment on whether or not TLC is a viable business.  I'm posting because Gail and Lynette are untrustworthy and the only thing they care about is whether or not THEY make money.  They have consistently promised refunds to several people and those refunds have not been made. 

The attorney general of New York has instructed Gail to begin making refund payments to those who have requested them but she still hasn't begun to do that.  Her claim is that she doesn't have the money.  That's an interesting claim because by UPAG's own website, the value on the 'leases' they sold was over $3 million.  Please, if you want to join TLC, by all means, check them out thouroughly.  If you decide to join, don't join under Gail or Lynette's sponsorship.  

I sent Gail a message via Telegram asking her to explain why she was pushing TLC when so many of us who invested in UPAG/GNGS/SFMB remain unpaid.  So far, there has been no response.  Imagine that!

The start of sales on Amazon which was to have been done by the end of january, 2020 has not materialized.  The only explanation given investors is that they are continuing to work on it.  They continue to offer 'special deals' and advertise how much money one can make but the plain and simple fact is that not one investor (they don't like that term) has been paid one single cent. 

I've been in this since August22, 2018 and haven't seen any return.  There are many others who invested around that time who have had the same results - zero reutrn.  Many promises but no return.  

Last email from Lynette was August 5, 2020.  The 'update' contained nothing substantial...the usual 'we're making progress, hang in there' line of nothingness.  It's been a year that we were told that Sept 9, 2019 would be the absolute latest day for us to receive our first payment.   After my last update, Gail and Lynette called me and threatened me with prosectuion for libel for what I had posted here.  Of course, that was the last i heard about it.  Take me to court and they would be faced with a number of questions they are not prepared to answer without incriminating themselves and exposing the details of where all the money went.....or all the produce they have supposedly grown in the past 18 months......  

The reason for my original report was that I had been totally frustrated trying to get answers to questions I had about this operation.  No answers + no support = no trust and much frustration .

I should not have called this a scam but should have been a little more patient. 

Since I initially filed my report, there appears to have been some progress made. I received a 30-day supply of microgreen capsules (Super Food My Body); we have been told that lab testing of the MGs will be completed this month (January, 2020) and that plans are being made to sell SFMB online thru Amazon and WalMart web sites as well as others.  There may be other positive signs that I have not been told of.  

I do applaud the switch from focusing on marketing full size produce to marketing the SFMB product.  If something is not working, you switch to something that does instead of staying with the sinking ship.  

In conclusion, will UPAG/SFMB ultimately succeed?  I don't know.  But I do know that they are trying hard to make it work and I don't regret the investment I've made.  Time will tell.
