I have played swagbucks since it came out, i was loyal to the surveys, games and receipts, within the last year I made playing swagbucks like a job, they kept asking me personal surveys finding out where i lived, what county i lived in, and town etc, id complete numerous surveys and they'd glitch out, and go to a white screen or say url errror, asked customer service to reward me for the surveys i completed but they wouldn't, but sometimes they'd catch you off guard and maybe fund you for like one survey..... the same with games and magic receipts.
Well one day they just took a interest in the fact that i have two kids, it started with my second son who's 6 asking him very innocent surveys on toys. I was so focused on earning gift cards that I didn't even begin to think on what's they was actually doing... everynight there was several surveys for one of my sons, and they even sent me soap to try on my son. I was just exciting i was testing out productings and earning higher amounts of swagbucks. So know without even realizing they have my address, they have my husbands infomation, how much we make, they have my amazon linked to there accounts for receipts, they have my person health information like i said county where we live, the state. What we stream off of, well just one night they started to be obsessed with asking my 9 year old surveys, they were about luxury toys at first, then movies, then it asked him about movies and the actors, but the questions were like to do you think the rock Johnson is attractive, to find him handsome, and asking the same about other actors and actresses, I didn't think anything of it, like asking him if he wants to be like the rock, just weird questions.
The more they asked me the more adult the surveys for my 9 year old got adult like, it was like the more information the more they groomed my son. After several very weird adult like surveys, they started to ask him his name for the surveys and his birthday, like what his favorite device to stream off of, like how he liked to stream these, laptop, PlayStation, switch, Xbox etc, if he liked fortnight or Roblox, what kind of internet We used, I literally was so blind to this all.... well one night they asked for him to take a survey it was anime characters, 10mins, they asked him if he identified as non binary, yes or no of idk what that is was the responses, i instantly typed no, i should of screenshot it but i was so shocked, then it went back to anime questions and glitched out url out, i wrote it, i got responses like "we can understand how frustrating it is to get so far, but its our policy and its all based off demographics. There was also another survey were they asked my son about tv shows that contained, suicide, rape, drug use, and heavy sex....ill also add in that every survey makes you take a preliminary demographics just to see if you fit there survey..... all these surveys were aware he was 9. I wrote in so much through there ticket customer service method.... i even would write in on other surveys just to see if someone would answer me back.
They also asked me surveys about VERY personal health issues due to hysterectomy, then they asked me if i was a Christian and if i was saved, I answered yes and was disqualified, i wrote in so much.... there reps when they did answer were rude, or it was very robotic and computerized. I finally got so mad, i researched and found out that there owned my prodege LLc, and all the surveys are made and based off prodege demographics, because they own the companies they survey about example, ninja! All those fancy appliances and Hulu, and other streaming sites. Then i find out they own several other survey sites..... so i call and email Prodege LLc customer service numerous times for months.... nothing no response, i contact the bbb, it took them a week and they basically tell me to make yet another ticket and to wait my turn in line in the bbb. I contact California and NYS attorney generals offices, and the federal trade commission. The lady on the phone with the bbb told me they have over 4000 complaints just like mine and have solved less then 900.... that didn't make me hopeful. I kept researching and researching, this is my son and he's 9 and he's innocent and they deceived me to groom my son. I mean they do this all the time on Roblox.
So finally i found a site called pissed consumer and wrote them and sent the email to the company. I after 2-3 months get a email from a guy named Craig that works for swagbucks and he wants to apologize and wants to solve this without it escalating into something bigger like legal representation and that he wants to work with me, and he wants to know the whole details of what happened, and wants to give me a courtesy amount of swagbucks for my suffering, so i told them everything from start to finish, i notice i have 120 swagbucks in my account.... thats literally a $1.20, i told them my offer i wanted $2000 swagbucks, i told them they had to comply with the coppa act, which they denied to do, and also i was deceived into grooming my son, they had so much personal infomation. Well the next day i get another email from Craig basically repeating the first one, and wanted me to explain further, and i did like 3 pages long so i told him, look i did, and your $1.20 is not going to cut it. Like i want $2000 ill ill seek legal representation. He answered me back so unempathic and told me thats all they give for pain and suffering for situations like this, so my son was worth a $1.20, and know they have this kids name, birthday, age, town, county, his favorite device, my address, and my health issues...... and let me tell you the things they asked me were weird. After watching child protection videos off when it goes to url error, its basically creating a algorithm to sexual pray on young children. Every night it was a video for my kids, they down reward you for your surveys, its very minimal, if you do a survey for 1000 it glitches.... im out way over $2000 me giving them that offer was me being nice, i have reached out to some lawyers and im waiting to see who will take my case, i will also add in I Gave them a bad review on google play and they wanted me to reach out to there website ticket forum to solve issues which is square one.... yet again. I have never ever meant a more unempathic groups of people in my life, oh they did respond back to the bbb and called me a liar and told me that i should find another survey to fit my needs, they would not acknowledge what they did to my so.... so parents beware the more information you put in, if they sent you samples etc, your basically handing them a key to your front door, they found out everything about my 9yr old right under my nose. And all he was worth to them was a $1.20, also since i linked my amazon to them, and since that email from Craig, my amazon has been hacked twice!!!
