Complaint Review: TJ Liles Tims VBVFF - Oklahoma City Oklahoma

Hired this firm on the recomendation of my attorney to conduct a finacial audit on the business I founded, as well as look for cooked books. Paid them $5k over a year ago. 

I am in a very nasty divorce and getting screwed royally. Worst yet is the custody battle for my 7 year old son. I provided sensitive data that I recovered from my business server after the ex locked me out of quickbooks. TJ Liles was supposed to review it in a timely manner so I could use it in my court battle. He never did anything but cash my check and make empty promises.

TJ Liles Tims has not provided one single document showing that has perforemed any investigation in over a year, as a result, I lost my case.

Bottomline he has cost me everything by his breech of contract and lack of business ethics. I have lost my son, business, home and shop, because if his failure to perform what he was contracted to do. I have called him so many times I have lost count, he does not reply, if he does, he says, "these things take time". The last time we spoke he offered to return my check, that was 3 months ago, still no check, so I am filing a Rip Off Report.

I am a proffesional First Responder and Disater Managment Specialist. I have been on Katrina doingbody recovery for the tempory morgue, on 9/11 digging for bodies and just about every major wildfire or disaster in the past 20 years. I am a Montana Cowboy and ole fashion, your word is your bond, it should matter, or your equally a lier.

TJ Liles Tims just set up shop in Whitefish MT. Oh boy, word travels fast in these neck of the woods. Bull s**t does not fly far, here, maybe it does in OklyHomie?

Who am I? I am "Montana Mountainmen With Heavy Metal" Google me and watch my YT. Would you want to piss me off? Not if your smart. TJ might of been a proffessor and has some paper hanging on his walls telling him how smart he is, but he lacks proffesional ethics in a BIG WAY. We shall see what it nets him, now.

"Errors and Ommissions" as well as "Breech of Contract". Failure to deliver goods accoding to MT Law. Keeping private property you were entrusted with....Any attorneys out there interested in this case? Here in Montana, you take a mans money for nothin......there will be hell to pay. Steal his horse.....you could find yourself swingin from a tree. (Still on the Law Books)

Keeping someone's sensitive personal data when you have been told repeatly to return it.....gets you some Black Hatted Cowboys knockin on your Backdoors.... Good luck with that. Data can be very tricky sometimes. Maybe there was backdoors built into the drive you failed to return, cant really say.....but I would return it, very soon or face the consequences......Think very dark web...a few posts to a few boards about this matter, the rest just happens. Folks with toooo much time on their hands and mischief in their hearts, whom I have zero control of.

If I practised my proffession the way TJ Liles Tims or VBVFF Partners LLC does, the next time you called 911, how would you like the reply "These things take time"......Or we show up, park our fire trucks and watch your home burn to the ground and roast marshmellows.....

My life, is in ashes now, because TJ failed to deliver anything besides BS,
