home prices in America will begin to decline rapidly in the coming months and years ahead, since interest rates are continuing to rise. Most people buy a house based on what they can afford in a monthly payment. Rising interest rates will make monthly payments go up considerably.

Home values will obviously come down as a result from rising interest rates. Monthly payments on Home Equity Lines Of Credit (HELOC) will also rise from the spike in interest rates. This will put many home owners in situations where they do not have as much disposable income. 

As home prices continue to decline, millions will realize that they are “underwater” in their homes just like in 2007, 2008 and 2009. Since stock values are declining, millions will also see their Retirement accounts (401K’s & IRA’s) shrink dramatically. 

All of the above will create opinions; negative opinions. These ‘negative opinions’ will have a domino effect that will create a much bigger mess than the one in 2008 and 2009. Rising interest rates will also make automobile values decline and the ones who purchased automobiles at inflated prices in the past two years will be extremely underwater in their auto loans.

It appears that a “Perfect Storm” will soon hit the USA and put the country into an economic mess, which will most likely last for many years. Hopefully future generations can learn from all of the mistakes that were made. The fraud, greed, manipulation, and deep corruption that exists in the economy and in the U.S. Government is the root to all of the problems. Let’s hope that future generations will understand and make the necessary changes to make America a better place for the masses of people, not just the upper 1%.

It appears that the Central Bankers are injecting money into markets all over the world in order to prevent another collapse of the system, in my opinion. John Law was the person mainly responsible for the first stock market crash, which happened almost 300 years ago in France. He was in charge of the money system and he also had a big influence on the government. Money was being printed and injected into the stock market in order to keep stock values high. (Similar to what is taking place today.) Let's hope that the current Central Bankers are able to keep the global system from collapsing again and sending the world into a Depression. That would most likely spark another Revolution, just like the one that occurred in France in the late 1700's.
