Door to door salesman comes to my home at approximatly 5pm, ignores my NO SOLICITING sign, a sign that is clearly posted at eyelevel and can be seen and read from the street. On his first attempt I ignored him and he eventually left. He returned around 6pm. I told him I was not intrested in whatever he was selling, he said something about not selling but giving away free information about solar.

At 8:15pm he again returned, rang the doorbell and walked away. I went outside and asked for his name who he was representing, he responded by rapidly approaching me and shoving a badge with V3 on it in my face, to the point I needed to push it away from me. He then began demandig MY name and video taping me. The following day the same person returned to my neighborhood, he was reported to the police for violating two city ordinances. If this how they sell, imagine how they will treat you once you are under contract and they could someday place a mechanics lein on your home!

I used to work at V3 Electric. Definitely disapopinted to read about this experience and I'm sorry you went through that. I worked closely with our sales team. They undergo contant revamps in the training process through situations like these. The managers that I've spoken to make a point to onboard new reps with ever changing best practices.

Again, I am sorry to see and hear about your experience, but I can assure you and others that each situation such as this serves as a learning experience for our entire staff. I was at the company for over two years, and the reason I stayed as long as I did is because this company is one that's dedicated to help our community. I've worked with hundreds of customers for their solar processes and can assure you and others that we only hold their best interests in mind. Thank you.
