We bought 4 premium tickets to a Boston Red Sox game that has been postponed by the MLB due to coronavirus precautions, vividseats refuses to issue a refund. There is no reschedule date, but even if there was we are from 4000 miles away and will be in Boston for only one specific weekend.
They state the will reissue the tickets for the date the game is rescheduled, if it ever is, but again we are not in a position to attend this sporting event if it is held on a date other than when it was originally scheduled for. Customer service was not helpful, I have tried to rectify this through them.

When looking for tickets, if a person is on the ESPN website you are redirected to the Vividseats site as their perferred seller. One would assume that as a reputable business ESPN would only direct it's customers to reputable vendors, not ones that would capitalize on a national health emergency in order to exploit a possible loophole.
In these times one would hope that as citizens of the US we would stand together, not cause each other more distress.

You bought tickets through a third party seller therefore it is their rules. If you had bought the tickets through the BRS site then you may have had better luck. Good luck with that
