Westgate resort is a rip off. They lied from A to Z. I never received a package from them, they almost left me stuck with another timeshare after they told me that they'd take care of everything, sent me a tracking # that disn't exist and much much more. Nonew of the money they said would go toward my acct actually went to my account 1,500 they claimed was for paperwork
