My Wife & i purchased two weeks every other year at the Westgate Palace in Orlando,Fl,32819 on 6/4/2014. The Salesman Daimen Fleming cell#407-288-7144 who still remembers & verifies two weeks every other year was what he sold us , the Mng Brian & the closing officer which recorded closing even stated we was purchasing two bedrooms, two weeks every other year at the Westgate Palace in Orlando Florida. They are now telling us we only purchased one week every other year , i told the complaint Manager assigned to our case Magda at 407-992-7800 Ext#57537 that we never would have paid $9,200.00 dollars for one week every other year. She was no help at all, she would not even call the salwsman because she said he no longer works for them. We spent every dollar we had saved to purchase this Time Share so we could travel more & when we pass on we could leave this too our two Daughters. They could slpit the Maintenance fee's every other year & each of them would have a weeks vacation every other year, we told this to salesman, Manager & closing officer. All we expect is two weeks every other year like we was told we was purchasing. Any help you could give us would be greatly appreciated. Or they could just refund all our money back to us.

In case# 1246297 posted 8/4/2015 just wanted to set record straight that Westgate Palace resolved our issue on 2/21/2016 and restored or trust with them. Anthony Manager and Areil Sales Partner took care of us at the Palace !!! Thank You Bobby Lewis !!!
Westgate Time share LLC rebuild our trust !!!

We filed our complaint on 8/4/2015 # 1246297 only after going through all chanels to resolve issue. We had to just write off as a loss. We went To Florida Westgate Palace for a week to get away from cold weather in Ohio for a week, next morning we had our forty min. seminar. Our concere Areial was a really nice guy and we explained to him our issue we was lied too and went through all channels and just took the loos. He said he would talk with his manager about our issue we said thats fine but we have no money and have went through all the channels to fix and their fix was 12,000.00 for one more week. Well few minutes later Areial brought his manager out Anthony and they had a proposal, we said like we told Aeial wer'e on a fixed income and don't have extra money and we was told we had two weeks for what we paid first time. Well Anthony went back to his office and in a short time he came out with a fantastic offer to fix our problem, they took back one week at Palace on Orlado Fl. and we got two bedroom lockoff at Westgate Town Center for less than we paid for our one week at Palace. We discused money issue and he even knocked another grand off and took care of down payment. We went with the purchase and give high ratings in Anthony Manager and Areial concere at the Westgate Palace. They are a great asset to the Westgate family Thanks Guys for builging our trust back with Westgate LLC.
