02 Sports Rip off Lied to over and over and ebay said they were power sellers. Now they want nothing to do with it. Chino California
I bought a nassau hot tub for over 4100.00 dollars. I emailed ebay several times to make sure that this was a legitimate business since I have been burnt for over 4000. before on ebay and they said that it was legititmate business so I made purchase because of the power selling rating. I also was given the run-around saying that tv monitors were back-ordered and had to wait a couple more weeks, then it was because of port delays. Called Chino police and they said there was over 400,000 dollars worth of product on their floors and that somebody(owner) was stuck in china because of their visa. They also said that someone was coming down from san diego to ship product out. But still have no product. I can't believe that ebay will not help in this matter when their are alot of people that lost money.. We can catch predators on TV for solicitating minors but our own government will not go in and shut these people down,,,,,,,, I have contacted the BBB, the FBI, Chino police, State Attorney Generals office, etc.... Nobody wants to help us pee-onnnnnnnnnnns... Ebay sucks and I will never do business with them again.
I answered their survey saying how sucky they are and they have not responded either...But they are the first ones that want our feedback.
I hope these two companies get what they deserve....
