I fell for this years ago when it first came out. If I remember right they had a separate billing company that charges your credit card (24/7 doesn't, or did not when I had this promblem) When I got my credit card statement, I called the 1-800 number by the charge and they gave me a refund with no hassles at all. If you made a copy of payment page I think it might have the companies name on it. I'm sorry, I don't remember the company that actually charged my credit card.
