Grants360.com I was granted a headache. I paid 40 dollars for it. I thought grant meant free. Internet
I responded to an email about grants. I agreed to the "processing fee" of $1.95 and was subsequently charged $39. I have text alerts for my account so I knew immediately of the charge. I tried to call and get my money back and was told to email vaaop.com with my complaint. Well if anyone goes to that sight you will see that yeah, this is definately a scam.
The same person answers the phone at all times. Im sure she is sitting home watching Maury or something. She is an Indian woman who speaks very little english. I called three times and each time she gave me a different name. Kelly, Pam, Susan. All the same woman no doubt, same accent same monotone voice. She told me she can only cancel my subscription. That I should go to the vaaop.com or [email protected] to request my money back. She could not help me any further. Those websites gave me a link here.
Just to give anyone a heads up, they also operate under the names "grant money USA", "grant now", "housing grants" and grant proposal.
Also my bank told me it may be a good idea to sign up with pay pal to prevent this kind of thing from happening.
