Gary and his crew are the worst mechanic and repair shop for all watercrafts.  I have used other mechanics for my two stroke GP800 and they no longer work on 2 strokes so I was trying out 3d powersports.  When I brought my jetski in it was in running condition and was pushing 125 psi on the back and 110 psi on the front.  I wanted them to fix the cylinder and carbs.  I asked Gary about pricing and hours and he said he doesn't do business like that and to come pick up my ski's....After picking up my ski's I was looking at my cylinder housing (sleeve) and it was broke.  This wasn't broke when it came to 3d powersports.  If it was broken there is no way my jetski could of been started.  I will be calling my attorney today because when I called Gary and told him about this he hung up on me.  I brought my ski to 3d powersports to test them out because I always refer a lot of people to someone i find that is good.  I will never refer this company not will my friends that have anything water related.  Worst service and the biggest rip off company.  They break something so you will have to pay them to fix it.

Not sure what you read but his only job was to give me a 2nd opinion on what my jet ski needed to be fixed. It wasn't my job to tell him what I knew was wrong with my jet ski...that's his job to find out what was wrong. Doesn't matter if I knew what was wrong. I just wanted an honest answer. When I picked up my ski...it was in worse shape than when I originally took it to them. My honest pwc repair companies already told me what was wrong and the cylinders sleeve were not busted. I have no reason to lie and didn't want my ski fixed for free. I was merely trying to get quotes from said honest pwc shop. Gary and his shop is a bunch of crooks and they will never see mine or my friends PWC.

I've known and done business with Gary and one of his crew since the mid 90's and I have a very hard time believing the story. He'd be the first to own up to a mistake and would take care of it with zero hesitation. His reply sounds exactly like Gary by telling the guy to come pick the unit up when he found out the customer was playing games to "test" Gary's honesty. I'm a mechanic and would have done the same. In the past 35 years in retail I've learned customers that don't tell the truth up front about what's been done are usually up to no good and end up trying to get their junk repaired or replaced for free. Then cry about it like they're the victim if their plan fails. I've seen this game played 100's of times and applaud Gary for standing up for himself. He stopped the scam before it got too deep which tells me Gary has learned as I have over the years when someone doesn't want to pay for a repair. Good for you Gary!!

Gary and his team have always done a great job for me.  I have referred several others that also believe Gary is a good guy that takes care ofhis customers.

Not an honest company and pictures are proof

Honesty is the best policy but I had no reason to tell this company what I have found from another PWC repair shop.  That is why they charge you to look over your ski and tell you what they found wrong with it!  So after going to 3 other honest and professional PWC repair shops I have came up with a conclusion that Gary broke my ski worse than it was to begin with.  They never even attempted to take the heads off first (please see pictures attached) before removing the top half thus breaking the housing (sleeve) for the front head trying to wiggle it off.  The pictures before show you the break in the sleeve but now this picture will be proof that they did this the most laziest and time uneffecient way and it ended up breaking my sleeve so I had to replace the whole thing which costed me more to fix!  Gary and his crew need to be more honest and reliable as a repair shop.   I have plenty influence out in the PWC world and I will never refer 3D Powersports to anyone!

Attention PWC repair shops

Attention PWC repair shops, watch out for this guy. He brought in his ski and asked us to tear down the motor because he had no compression on one of his cylinders. We pulled the cylinders off and discovered the bottom of his cylinder skirt was broken. I called him to tell him what we found and he told me he already knew what was wrong because he had a friend tear it down and put it back together already. I asked him why he didnt tell me that up front and he said he wanted to find out if we would try to rip him off and charge him for more repairs than needed. I told him I do not appreciate being lied to and that we did not want to do business with someone that is going to lie to us. He was told to come pick up his unit and take it somewhere else for repair. The next day he calls me and says that we broke the cylinder on his ski tearing it apart and that if we do not fix it he will have his attorney contact us. We are honest with all our customers and expect them to do the same.
