4 Women Only Fitness, Aerobic And Aquatic Center Company enters fraudulent account numbers and then breaks verbal contract RIPOFF Poway California
Today I received a call from a biller at the above named company advising me that they were going to charge a Union Bank account number that was on the contract. I advised them that I did not have a bank account. The girl on the other end advised me that I had to put it on there. My copy does not have any such thing.
They then told me that there was no verbal contract, because the club manager denies ever saying that to me (her name is Dawn Dykstra). I advised them that we were now at an impasse, and if that were disclosed to me during the pitch, there would be no contract to be calling about.
This biller then got on her high horse and said that they would send me to collections if I did not pay by a certain date and because I was a walk in payment (see, now they allow it for an extra charge) and that there would be another fee added on. I advised them that this was not disclosed in any paperwork I have.
I advised them that I would pay out the contract if legally valid, but would not use their services. I also let them know that it was fraud to put an unauthorized bank account number on their copy. My copy has no such thing.
After the call, I called the BBB and filed a report, and I also called a lawyer, but will not retain him because the cost is smaller than the retainer. I need help to prove these people as the frauds they are. I just want out of the contract. Please help!
