5 Star Life Insurance term life policy for $7,000.00 to transfer automatically to full life after X amount of years for $10,000.00 alexandria virginia
!0 Years ago I signed for a term life policy for $7,000.00 from 5 Star which would rollover to whole life after x amount of years. for$10,000.00
the salesman told me the policy would revert to $10,000.00. when the whole life policy kicks in. After I recieved the whole life policy in the mail. I called customer service. they told me my policy was for $8,000,00 not $10,000,00.
On the phone with costumer service they told me that I could cash out my policy for$1,400.00 I replied where is the money I paid to them for the years preceeding the change to whole life. Reply from them Oh! that policy was deleted those funds no longer exist. that policy no longer exists and they have no record that policy ever existed.
What recourse do I have??????? Help!!!!!!!
