A-1 Leasing - USA Card Services made it sound so easy to make some money easy for them to make money by ripping off people who trusted them Grand Rapids Michigan
My story is the same as everyone else's. I was contacted by a representative of USA Card Services. Her name was Donna Johnson. She made it sound so easy, there would be alot of support because if I made money then USA Card Services made money. She even spoke of a coworker that was making money with this "deal". This is another example that you cannot trust anyone's word any more.
I have searched for any class action suits against A-1 Leasing and I found an attorney that has a case pending. Here is his name and address and information regarding the class action suit:
My lawsuit against A-1 Leasing is limited to leases of the Quick Commerce or Wondepay "virtual terminal." Review your lease and let me know what exactly it is that you leased and how much you have to pay.

I hope this information may help others of you. Just this week I was contacted by a collection agency. I was wondering if anyone else has also been contacted yet.

They sued my grandfather :-(

My grandfather got into the same scam as you did. I really feel for you. I hate to say it but you are just at the beginning the terror as I am sad to say. To make a long story short, they sued my elderly grandfather last year. They took all of his money and completely cleaned out all his checking accounts. They won the lawsuit and he is in collections for around $11,000.00. The funny thing is that he sent back the credit card machine about 3 months after he recieved it. He never used it or took it out of the box. They have called him at his home threatening to take his home and his car. They put a lien on his house. The guy on the phone said that he would love to see nothing more then my grandfather homeless. He is raising my 3 younger sibilings as well and he works 2 jobs. It breaks my heart. It hurts so bad and these people are monsters. They dont care about you or your business, they are just trying to make their money, but they just do it immorally. I really hope that you can be strong and make it through this turmoil. I wish you luck.
