We service over 9000 customers each year. If you felt you were taken advantage of I would like to know who you are so I may look into exactly what happened. Often times there is a misunderstanding or a lack of communication that creates a problem. I assure you that we put our customers best intrest first all the time and back it with the best warranties and customer service. When we get a new customer we want that customer for life. So if we made a mistake I want to know about it, and try to make it better. I want to hear good and negative feed back so I may address the situation so it may never happen again.
