A-Jay's & Son Construction Ripoff contractor left me with leaking roof Carteret New Jersey
I hired this company to build an addition to my house in 2002.
This contractor left me with a leaking roof which the proprietor, Andrew Jay Kusnetz, refused to fix. I had to take him to court to force him to fix the problem. This took a year.
I sent him nine letters with photographs of the leaking roof which he ignored.
After I threatened legal action, he generated a bogus invoice to make it look like I owed him money. The court threw out this fraudulent invoice. He never fixed my upper roof and I had to get another company to replace it. I won the court decision but it is 2005 and he still refuses to pay me what the court rewarded me.
I have all papers related to this matter. Be careful of whom you hire.
