A Plus Auto Shipping, Apous Auto Shipping; Flofield Inc., Advanced Logistics Changed Contract the day before delivery and refused to give me my vehicle unless I paid the new contract price. Internet
Flofield Inc. Is a big scam, I really wish I had looked the company up before I had booked them and I would have seen all the horrible reports on them. They sent me a quote price of 891 with a 250 dollar gas card. Well I agreed and filled out their contract even circling every selection and making my comments in bold making sure they wouldn't try and pull something. The day before delivery they bumped my quote price up another 300 dollars and told me I asked for expedited shipping. I told them to look at the contract I signed where it has in bold saying I choose option one for normal pick up and no extra fee. They said it didnt matter and that since they picked it up within four days they were going to charge me the 150 dollars extra and the price to move the vehicle had cost them more so the quote price went up.
I refused to pay and they told me I wouldnt be receiving my vehicle then and told me to "f*ck off". I contacted the state police and was able to have file opened up on the company for extorsion and grand larceny, this was before they delivered the vehicle so the report was in before delivery. When the deliver guy came and wanted the extra money for the vehicle I showed him the original contract and my means to pay. He refused and told me he could only accept what was on his contract. I called the police who made the driver give me my vehicle for the original price because of the report I had made the previous night and since there was a warrant out for his arrest for grand larceny since he was refusing to give me my vehicle when I was trying to pay. Andy is the guy I dealt with at flo field and they are all scam artists, if they try and do this to you make sure you report it. I am luckily in NY where they are in operation and that is why I was able to get the police involved because normally it is a civil suit and they cannot help... Do not do buisiness with them unless you want to pay an extra 4-500 dollars and have them abuse you on the phone.
