After getting a bogus estimate, and constantly calling, complaining about what they did to me, I received a fax from them stating that I would be GIVEN money on the DAY that my furniture is delivered to me. When the truck arrived, he told me he did not have any money, and also wasn't told that he was supposed to have money to give to me. I called the company and they assured me that they have mailed a check for over $450 to me. I let a week or two go by, and no check. I called constantly, and never got in contact with the company again. I called from another number, and they finally picked up, and told me they sent the check, but since it "wasn't delivered," that they would send another one out. I asked them if they had tracking information for the check they were sending me, and they told me they did not have a tracking number. After telling me that they sent another check out to me, I let another week and a half go by, and believe it or not, no check has arrived.
