Aaron Sales & Lease ripoff Poor customer service Will not replace couch that is damaged Fairmont West Virginia
We purchased a living room suit, Blockade by Peoplounger # 7801BVA and 7802 BVa. The fabric keeps coming apart and looks like worn out rub marks.And this set is not even 6 months old. They have replaced this set once and the love seat twice. When they replaced it the first time. The Aarons rep noticed the second Love seat was bad. We requested it to be replaced a third time, by the Fairmont, WV store refused to fix it.
We pay $150.00+ a month and they still want their money, but to hell with us. Can someone tell me why this set is doing this, bad fabric ? what ? and I will be spreading the word to anyone and everyone NOT TO PURCHASE FROM AARONS !!!! and trust me we know lots and lots of people.
