Have ordered from ABC for years from our business. Never a problem. Opened an account several months ago for home based business and the service is horrible. Takes forever for items to ship, then when email comes out saying shpmt is on its way, its NOT!!!!!

It sometimes takes up to 2-5 days after email notification of shppg that order actually ships. then they tell you shpmt is 7-10 days and payment is due immediately. How can you pay for something "payment upon receipt" when you do not receive an order for sometimes up to 30 days later???

Ordered several items online for Xmas ----placed orders all on 11/29 or earlier, and only received one of the 6 items I ordered. Received email stating some of my order was shipped 12/01 ---have never received, another order shppd 12/9 and have never rec'd, but one item that was part of the 6 xmas items i ordered shipped on 12/7 & I received it. I think the only reason i received this item is because it was shipped like a letter and the post man put it in my mailbox.

If you ask them about a lost package, they always tell you its the post office's fault, and they should give you the option while ordering before your final checkout to opt if you want to include to pay to have your package tracked. Any other items I have shipped to me come in huge boxes, always half sealed shut with part of the contents exposed. amazing i even get it at all intact. Several times the packages were sealed so poorly that the invoice and envelope were not in the package--i am sure they fell out in transit and i had to contac them to have a duplicate invoice sent so that i could even pay for the package contents.

And they sure are quick to put your account on hold if they do not get their money when they think they should have---based upon "their" supposed ship date and the 7-10 days they say it will take for you to receive and pay immediately upon receipt. Can't and Won't pay for something I do not receive. They have no email address to contact them, no toll free number to reach them, and you have to wait on hold forever to talk to anyone, and then when they do answer, its usually someone who can not speak hardly any english, so how can you expect them to help you when they can't speak proper english let alone understand what you are telling them after repeating yourself numerous times of what the problem is??????

If you call their collections dept, either you get an answer right away, or if not, then once again the waiting game starts and sometimes you get a VM telling you to leave your name, phone # and account # so that they can call you back!!! don't hold your breathe because this will never happen. Business's like this will not stay in business long if they do not improve how they are run.
