My first contact was December 5th 2005. Representative Jennifer guaranteed me that if I ordered I would receive the gifts for my children before December 23rd 2005. I called to check in status because my invoice was suppose to ship out December 15th from what ABC website stated.

I contacted Fed Ex to see around about what time I should expect the packages and they told me that they have not received any information at all to pick up any packages from ABC. They informed me also that they have trouble with ABC alot. They generate a shipping label from the website but they do not continue with the process by contacting Fed Ex to pick up the package for delivery.

So I called ABC again and was put on hold again for over 2 hours. I finally spoke to Anna which all she did was speak over me and tell me that the package was shipped December 15th 2005 which was a total lie. She wouldnt allow me to speak and I asked for supervisor so she got someone else. This was a chinese lady that was very hard to understand. I tried to explain to this lady that I had contacted Fed Ex and she informs me that there was a delay on the shippments and that it never went out on the 15th of December but that it was going to be shippied out that day which was December 19th 2005. I asked her why I was lied to and all she could day was there must be some miscommunication. I asked her how that could be miscommunicated. She told me not to worry about it that they shippments would go out December 19th 2005.

Today is December 20th 2005. I contacted Fed Ex which informs me once again that they have not heard from ABC at all and that I need to call them again. I called again this morning and spoke to Natasha which pulled up my account and said aww under her breath sorta and she said hold a moment. I heard her in the background state this: OMG what do I do, another person in the background says for her to accidentually hang up on me. Then I heard huge laughs and the phone disconnects. I sat and waited from 8:10am to 9:25am waiting to speak to this rep. Now my children wont have their gifts because of this company.

I contacted the BBB with two letters since this has happened with ABC and I have not had a responce yet. How simple is it to have good customer service and tell people the truth. At least their children will wake up to gifts. I hope when they read this they appreciate what they have done because what comes arounf goes around. I am a true believer that the good lord above will take care of this company and they will not suceed and their business is going to fail. Terrible business practices, horrid customer service and deception to customers.

Everyone needs to go to BBB and report these people. I am contacting Attorny General as well. What if it was one of their children without Christmas. Good luck to everyone else and Merry Christmas. Kandie from Ohio

But what about all those BBB member businesses that had complaints filed against them? Consumers never get to hear about them. What about the BBB advertising to the public? Is this a false and misleading perception they are giving about consumer confidence when dealing with a business? Finally Received package with some items ordered!!!

I just wanted to let everyone know that on December 23rd 2005 at 10:00pm at night I did finally receive my priority shippment that I was suppose to receive to correct the error from ABC Distributing on December 23rd 2005 by 10:30am which did not happen. I had to call Fed Ex again because ABC had the incorrect address on my shipping lable. So Fed Ex rushed my order out to me when I finally got the address corrected. Mike at Fed Ex finally got my package to me at 10 at night but at least I got the package with SOME of things I ordered in it. Not all but some. Appreciation does go out to Cido who was upset with me that I put his name on ABC Distributing rip-off. I apologize for that since he states that he did everything he could to help me. So we shall leave it at that. I would suggest to anyone wanting to order from ABC do not do it unless you want to be on the phones 24/7 until you receive the items. Good luck and Happy New Years
