ABC Distributing Delivery Scam North Miami Florida
I ordered 2 items from ABC in October. On November 28th I received an automated collections call requesting a call back. However, I never received the items, and each attempt to contact the company resulted in a busy signal.
Finally, I employed some skip-tracing techniques to locate a number that was answered immediately by a secretary in their legal department. She was very empathetic towards my dilemma, but ultimately could not help directly. However, she emailed a customer service supervisor and explained in detail my situation, with both a phone # and email address to reach me.
I have waited 9 days for a reply from this supervisor, and she took the time to call me one time, leaving only a call back # (which, no surprise, is constantly busy). I finally contacted both Fedex and USPS (as those were the 2 companies that were to ship the items I ordered) to find out if the orders were shipped. Not surprisingly, both companies informed me that the labels had been printed using online services, but neither package had been received for shipping.
I have filed complaints with the BBB, and, again, not surprisingly, the BBB reports ABC has an unsatisfactory record due to unanswered complaints of both delivery problems and refunds. I only warn that ABC is only interested in getting your money.
