This company proclaims to be in California but, they are actually located outside the US; your bank will charge for international transaction. The Better Business Bureau is unable to envoke a reply for complaints.

They claim to provide a "Unique Design" but, what they deliver is a cookie cutter product full of bugs and is anything but "Unique".

I ordered this product for a l*****n dating site. In one of the first emails to them, I described that the site was going to a l*****n dating site. What they delivered to me in the template is a product that was filled with male memberships.

Also during the ordering process, I requested all ABK/Chameleon branding was to be removed. They of course said it would be delivered without their branding. False. They have watermarked all the photos with their logo and names. Also, there are numerous other areas where their logo is plastered all over the software.

They claim to be to deliver a "fully customizable" product. False. When I inquired about adding more chat rooms and actually changing the names of the (four) chats rooms that are part of the template. Their reply was, "Unfortunelly it is impossible to translate rooms. Also there are 4 rooms only." I would not consider this to be "fully customizable".

Reporting an issue with them this is how they respond. Me: Why wont it allow me to upload a picture from the template area (as in screenshot)? Does it need to be a psd, png, jpg? Is there a size limit to the file? example: 125x125px Or is it just a bug with your software and you havent fixed it? ABK Reply: No this is just template bug, you can edit _header.html, index .html files and replace img_1 to images in logo path.

I have five (5) pages of errors and requests to them. Their customer service representative "Anton Gaponenko" has at best a high school level of english. His answers are vague and incomplete and often it takes 4-5 times of continued questions to get one answer. And they only answer one time a day, usually in the middle of the night because of the time differnce.
