I worked for this company under the employer named Harvey. Last year when he did not pay me my sallery he made me feel sorry for him, that, thoguh he owns a few Limos, he has no money to pay me, just next week. This next week, took him over 5 months. The check shrunk significantly as if time was nibbing on the check. I tended to feel sorry for him as he told me how the divorce was the reason for him failling to pay me, everything he owed.

Months later, he called and promissed to pay me his debt, but.... needed me back to work. I took the offer, because I need to pay my bills and wanted to trust Harvey. He was pittyful, I must admit.

Now, it has been 4 weeks again. But, this time Harvey paid me after a prolonged battle for my right, to be paid for my work. Unfortunately, though he did give me a check, it bounced. Not suprising at all. While in the past he made numerous apointments with me to give me my check, this time it took him just a few appointments to finally hand me his bad check.

My landlord, of course, did not agree to sucumb to Harvey's games and evicted me. I am here, not able to pay a new security deposit, let alone new rent. Harvey said: Give me the check and I will issue you a new one - 2 weeks ago. He is just keeping his commitments as before.

No check, no Harvey, and for me - no home. This is the fancy limo company owner's level of values. In order to get paid, I had to accept his faxed job, yet, the "fancy" limo had no windshield wipers in the very rainy Florida state, in a supper rainy night. It is just a little part of what Harvey and his company are.

Dear Harvey I would like to take the opportunity to apologize to you and to tell you and every one else I regret to have dragged you and my parents through this ordeal. I will be forever ashamed of my actions. I hope that you will be able to find some forgiveness in your heart for me. Sincerely Tal

If these were not true then why would you jump to correct?

If these acusations woulld have been fals, dear Harvey would not contact us at 12 midnight the same day, to make sure it will be removed after he pays. Dear Harvery, over a year I had been pushed around for my check to pay my bills and keep my roof over my head. You used to "have no time", "not having the check", stood me up when you asked me to meet you and get my check. Now, you find the phone, you have found the money, and even will actually show up (hopefuly) as you say. Lets see. Is it not true that the Limo had no windshield wipers? I had to drive all the way back that night, in the heavy rain, to ask to give me a different car. I know you recall the case, or else you would not fight me and say that I lie. You know it is true, and, like you, I have witnesses. By the way, that could be how your over all cars safety conditions are, if you had the nerve to send me to the Hollywood Airport, to pick up your passangers without windshield wippers. How is this for responsibility. I am sorry, did you pay for the extra gas to switch limos?

false accusations from tal horowitz

#5REBUTTAL Owner of company

Sun, November 25, 2007

These accusations are false. Mr. Horowitz was told his services were no longer required. This was the second time he did work with us. After the first time about 2 years ago he phoned us and asked if we can give him work. We agreed. Mr. Horowitz was paid for his services. The second time did not work out as Mr. Horowitz did not fill the cars with fuel as required. He was notified about this on several occasions. Mr. Horowitz started leaving threatening messages on our phone. He was given a check and seems to have lost it. His story to his parents was that the check bounced and we were replacing it. This never hapenned. The check was never returned...it was never deposited. We have not heard from him for several weeks. I called his father and asked him to confront his son about the check. If Mr. Horowitz has the check he has told us all a story. He was given pay for his services. Aki was advised that we will give him paynent once he finds out what Tal did with the check. About the car with wipers...that was fixed as soon as it was brought to our attention. Our saftey record is very important and we strive to make saftey a priority. The bottem line is that Mr. Horowitz is creating stories far from the truth. If he was honest about the fuel...this situation would have been resolved a lot quicker. Another reason that his services were no longer required was that clients were complaining about the lack of his knowledge traveling to and from the airports.
