access health insurance co not a scam, good idea, bad company boca raton Florida
So I worked for this company for 2 and a half weeks. I was by far the top fronter the first week, and tied for most fronts the second week. I was doing very well and had begun training to get liscensed. The Flor manager was out sick, so the manager below him took his place. Everyone in the office was frustrated because a woman kept calling us back and cursing people out. I said "chill out guys, ingore her", and they did and everyone calmed down. About a half an hour later a co-worker rudely told me I was doing something wrong in my pitch, when i cleary ws doing well (much better than her), so I politely but sternly said "Jen (fake name) I appreciate it, but I know what I'm doing". So I dont think anything of it, get back on the phone, get a deal which I gave to the interem manager, who closed it, then asked me to walk outside with him. He told me he heard what I said to my co-worker (who everyone knew he had a cruch on) and sent me home for the day. On my way home I got a call saying I was terminated...Really? I'm top fronter and getting fired? Then I started hearing other good employees getting fired rapidly after me. It turns out one of the owners was stealing (who really knows which one), and it sucked because I loved working there, the money wouldve been good because i was doing good, howevwer i never got paid. I kept calling and showing up, but because of the stealing, the owner i dealt with was broke (supposedely) and kept telling my money would be ready in a few days, then finally he changed his number. Whats funnier is when i got my tax info back, they claimed to have given me the week salary that they never paid me. also i had 16 leads, which were worth 15$ each that they straight up said they werent gonna pay me. Fine, keep it if you need it worse than I do, but have the integrity to at least pay the hourly you owe me.If paid, I'll gladly take this post down, but if theyre gonna straight up rob their own employees, why wouldnt they do it to you? however, the claim that everyone in the place uses drugs there is completely false. And Ive been around addicts, and these ppl arent, and the agent themselves are trustworthy and will not abuse your info.
