Access One Integretel Verizon includes fraudulent charge for collect calls West Palm Beach Florida
As with others who have reported here, scum company Integretel is authorized by Verizon to bill on behalf of scam rip-off artists like Access One Communications.
My recent Verizon phone bill was about $6 higher than the flat-rate billing I normally receive. The reason is that these sleaze-balls put a fraudulent charge on my bill for a supposed "collect call" that was made on Thanksgiving weekend. I'm sure these scoundrels think that lots of folks won't dispute the charge thinking "Oh, that must have been Uncle Al calling from the airport" or some other excuse. In my case, there absolutely was no collect call accepted by me.
These thieves should be put in jail...Access One and Integretel. This has happened to be before and I don't understand why Verizon, a reputable company, gets lured into becoming an accomplice to these buckets of sleeze.
