I still get calls from the Ace turds. Been on their 'don't call' list since 2009. A couple of years ago, I got $1100 worth of tools; never paid for them. Got another $480 worth of tools; didn't pay for them either. Now, there's an order for $600+ supposedly going to shipping. They just don't get it. I just wish they'd let me order $50,000 worth of their junk. But, then again, they'd probably still call afterwards to 'sell' more. There seems no way to turn them off. I told the 'collection department' that I would order EVERY TIME Ace calls me. I'd either pay with a check and do a stop-pay, or just send it back so they could pay the shipping twice. They still don't get it.

The 'verification department' called me to verify their information. "The tools should arrive in a week to ten days". Are they dumb or what? Looks like I'm getting ready to open a discount tool store?!
AND all of this is with me being on their 'don't call list' since April of 2009. They are unstopable. They will do ANYTHING to ship a box of 'tools' and stuff out their door at ANY cost. They don't seem to notice not getting paid; the calls and shipments continue..................................

I was floored when the 'tools' arrived from Ace. Some guy from the garbage truck was in my office and he signed for the package. Paid the driver and stopped payment. Now fecal ace wants their money. Even THEY don't want the so-called tools. (I guess they know the quality of what they sell). Their "legal department" has it now. I never opened the package.
Now, think: I got $1100 worth of 'tools' and stopped the check. Ace submitted an illegal draft to my account to try to recoup the $$. It didn't work. All this while, my business is on their "don't call list". After losing any chance at their $1100, ace STILL calls and 'sells' me 3 separate orders. The first, I never saw. The second DID show up, and I still have it. And this is all while I've been on their 'don't call list' for at least 2 years. Are they dumb? Or desperate? Ace industrial will stop at NOTHING to move 'tools' (junk) out their doors. They must work from a mail-order phone list and never refer to their own list of 'bad' numbers.
I'm waiting for another call. I'm going to order 6 of whatever 1 the phone geek is trying to sell. Sooner or later, Stearns will figure it out.
