This is the way to handle this corrupt business, you file a small claims court case against them. I have filed a small claims court case against them and I am using all of the ripoff reports from this page to prove in court that Acer has an MO of ripping customers off. They sell defective products to you and then procrastinate repairs until your warranty expires! Then they want to charge you the same amount that you paid for the computer for repairs!!! Well not this person!!! I filed a small claims court case against them and we are scheduled for court in 30 days and they are shaking in their boots! They have promised to resolve the matter with me before we go to court, I will keep you posted. They sold me a brand new laptop and the hard-drive broke in less than a year and they wanted me to pay shipping for sending it back. On day one of the laptop it did not work. I cant wait for my day in court with over 30 similiar complaints! Anonymous Highland, New York
