Bware! Do Not Financethrou with this throughgh this company!

I understand urgent matters do arise and having a compnay there to assist with in a financial situation is a great concept. It's help alleviate alot of stress.  However, idealing with this company, my financial burden was made  worse.

I bought an appliance from a wholesale merchant. I was not told about the fine details of the financing through this company from the from the merchant nor the person on the phone the day I of purchase.

1) Called them 6 days after the the 90 days and was told my interest is an extra $1200.00.  A reputable company would have attempted to work with a customer. So for 6 days the price is an additional $1200.00. for interest according the a (a supervisor)

2) Paid $1200.00 down and was told by this Yasmin that "money did NOT go to Acima, Shame on here. My bank withdrawal draft states specifically the money went to Acima at 9815 S Monroe St. in UTAH

3) You are only given a 3 day grace period after the 90 days. No lease, so how would I have known?

4) I was told about the "90 day financing" by merchant, but not about an automatic 12 month plan. This is what they changed my account to after the 90 days.

5) I did not receive a copy of the lease via email or regular mail iat the beginning. Only after inquiring as to where my $1200.00 down payment went was I sent a copy.

6) They withdraw a set amount of money from your account. If you pay extra,  instead of the money counting as additional [ayment, it counts towards the preset payment amount . EXAMPLE: Sa you are paying $100.00 bi-weekly which is a total of $200.00 a month. If you pay an additional $200.00 in that month it should be $400.00 for that month. So one would think. Instead it only counts as $200.00 because the extra I was paying extra thinking my balance was decreasing.  It was not!

7) It's just a shame the way this company does business. I am not attempting to pay nothing for interest. That I will do. But to be lied to and stolen from is another matter.  $1200.00 they took and never credited to my account.  My online account only displays the total I have been paying bi-weekly and not my initial down payment. This is not at all accurrate and it sure does feel as though it is the right thing to do to a consumer!
