Well, I belatedly heard back from the e-mail I sent to the "old management" of Quality Generics. They did in fact issue me a full refund for the missing product. I was surprised this was so problematic since this particular company was always reliable. But it ended well. What to take away from this: The "Old" Quality Generics is being proactive in issuing refunds, at least in my case. That says NOTHING about the "new" management at Quality Generics/Aclepsa. They are an unknown quantity. So, buyer beware. If you use them, start with small orders and see if the products are effective and if they prove to be reliable, especially in reshipping at no charge after the inevitable lost international shipment. This will happen occasionally no matter what. Good luck... and try not to get caught out by another "change in management." Man, I HATE when that happens!
