Just like the previous person said, she was given a free trial of whitening solution. I had to pay about $1.03 -- but was actually charged about $5, twice -- first from ProWhite, the other from Smile Pro. That charge hits my bank account, then eight (8) days later, two charges, both near $100 from each company. I call that number listed on my bank account (item line) and get the automatic, cancellation message. I had thought I had cancel both of them. But another month goes by (yesterday, the 17th) see another $103 pending charge from Pro White. I call and find out that I called Smile Pro and they gave me the number to Pro White. I call them and can hardly understand the lady, plus she talked really fast. She would not cancel this pending charge of $103, she would not allow me to refuse the shipment (which I haven't gotten yet), she would not let me send it back to get a refund of the $103. She kept repeating that I agred to the 'TERMS" which I don't remember reading. That was stupid of me.  So everyone out there, don't do this -- I saw an "ad" and it sounded good, but 8 days later they charge you bank account for each item, nearly $100.  Beware.  Cindy
