The customer who filed their complaint returned to book another party 5 years later because her son wanted his party at Active Kidz. Once we discovered this was the same customer we suggested this was not a good idea because of the damage the complaint had done to our reputation and returned their deposit. It is hard to believe that this customer would return to book another party if their experience had been as terrible as described.

Active Kidz is a family entertainment center that hosts birthday parties and group outings. At the end of the party that Active Kidz hosted for Ms. Amit, she paid her bill and gave a gratuity to the staff. She did not complain nor did she express any problem with the party. One day later we received in an email complaining about her party.
We reviewed security camera video of the entire party and found that not only did Ms. Amit receive the services she contracted for, but extra accommodations were made for her. At no time did she complain about the quality of services to the owner, party coach, or front desk staff who were on site during the party. We also interviewed the party leader and he confirmed that Ms. Amit did not at any time complain about the party to him.
We believe this complaint is without merit and that Ms. Amit is attempting to get a discount on her party because many of her guests came late and she was frustrated that Active Kidz could not give her more time in the attractions because there were already other parties booked there.
We strive to make sure that every birthday at Active Kidz is special. It is unfortunate that Ms. Amit does not believe that whether the kids have a wonderful experience is what is most important.
