I took my Jeep Cherokee to Adams Jeep not too long ago. As you would expect with most dealerships, my service pricing was somewhat higher than local mom and pop auto shops. However, my Jeep is older and has quite a few miles on it, so I decided taking it to a Jeep dealer would be a safe bet.

Their customer service is outrageously poor. I literally have never come into contact with such rude company employees. Their representatives not only treated me as if I know nothing about cars (which I hate to admit, is true!), but they were extremely hostile and blatantly treated me as though they were doing me the world's biggest favor by speaking with me and allowing me to give them money in exchange for car service. I was helped by two of their male employees during my visit and not one of them smiled. When I first arrived to an assigned customer station, it took the representative literally 7 minutes to look up from his booth and acknowledge that I was his next customer.

If that weren't enough, the extra cell phone I [used] to keep in my glove compartment (for emergencies) was stolen, along with my car charger. They also stole the manual that goes with my car and car registration, which I kept in a leather folder provided to me when I first purchased my Jeep.

I had just moved back to the Annapolis area after living in Washington state for a few years when I took my car to Adams Jeep. In the end, I determined that they must have assumed I would never be a potential repeat customer given my out-of-state plates and WA state registration card--and therefore decided it would be alright to steal from a customer. Good thing I had my car re-registered with Maryland a week later, or I could've been in big trouble if ever asked for my car registration.
