Adelphia Cable Company They said I didn't turn in digital box and did a year ago Ripoff Chillicothe Ohio
I returned a digital cable box over a year ago to the local office to me in Chillicothe Ohio. Since then, they have repeatedly sent me bills and even sent it to the credit bureau for collection. I was overcharged for months.
Now, over a year later, they said they received the box in the mail... And are saying I need a receipt saying I turned the equipment in. Why do you people have drop boxes if you need a receipt? I was 5 minutes late getting there and they had closed... almost 45 miles away from me and I was not going to turn around and go back the next day.
If they received the box in the mail like they claim, I am filing forgery charges against them. It will not be my handwriting and it would not of come from my home.
I have called them every week for 7 months now and have yet to hear from the local office to discuss this matter. Unless they do something about the overcharges, i will be filing suit against them.
