 On augest 7 2016,I made a purchase online for a puppy that wasn't available until August 15 2016.. careless me decided to look up the breeder after i already sent the money..after reading horrible reviews about this breeder aka"Michelle", and how she was shipping sick dogs to families, and the nightmares that these families went threw with their new puppy and this breeder.. I immediately contacted the breeder and told her my concerns and how I no longer want to purchase her puppy, and I would like my money back.. "Michelle" insisted I still take the dog and I cannot get a refund...she kept stating " all sales are final".. I just don't understand how someone can take someone's money when they are no longer getting a puppy?? Isnt that robbery?? I haven't heard anything from Michelle about my money or the puppy.. It seems to me like my family and I just got robbed out of a puppy and $1495.00... How can she get away with this??

 My wife paid $1500 for a French bulldog and has made two 3 hour round trips to the airport and no dog. We really want to believe that there is a reasonable explanation for them not delivering as promised, and not returning our calls for days on end. I would like if possible to get in touch with someone that actually received a dog from this "pet service" so that my wife and I would at least know that they do breed dogs. We haven't given up hope yet that this will get resolved so this is not meant as a negative report....yet. We would also appreciate any information on these people and would gladly share what we have learned.

 I got a bully from Michelle 3 years ago smooth easy transaction like she says you agree to adopt you shouldn't be able to back out, my dog has been amazing he's my 3 year old sons best buddy. I live in Washington state after I payed she had him on the first morning flight the next day and I picked him up at 6pm at the air port, I have read a few of these negative reports and it sure sounds like a bunch of whiny Democrats. Hope your around in the future for my next bully michelle...

THIS LADY IS A COMPLETE LIAR. SHE MADE A PURCHASE, THEN WANTED TO RETRACT IT WITHIN 20MIN OF PURCHASING, AFTER SIGNING THE CONTRACT. SAID HER HUSBAND "WASNT ON BOARD" ONCE WE TOLD HER ALL SALES WERE FINAL SHE TOLD ME THE DOG WAS NOT BOOKED TO COME UNTIL THE 15 AND SHOULD THEREFORE HAVE A RIGHT TO CHOOSE IF SHE WANTED IT OR NOT STILL.

HER MOTHER THEN CALLED ME, AS SHE IS A YOUNG ADULT TO BEG ME THAT HER DAUGHTER WAS YOUNG AND HAD LIED ABOUT SIGNING A CONTRACT AND SAW THAT ALL SALES WERE FINAL AND DIDNT WANT TO OWN UP TO IT,  AND TO PLEASE HELP HER AND REFUND HER BECAUSE SHE WAS SCARED TO PURCHASE ONLINE.

I EXPLAINED TO HER EVERY COMPANY HAS POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE REVIEWS. NOT EVERY CUSTOMER WILL BE HAPPY AND SOME LIE, AS HER DAUGHTER DID IN THE ABOVE STATEMENT. SHE SAYS "OH ITS A SHAME MY FAMILY REALLY WANTED IT" THIS IS A LIE.

I TOLD HER ALL WOULD BE OK AND SHE SAID HER HUSBAND WASNT ON BOARD AND SHE SIMPLY WANTED A REFUND AND THEY DO NOT WANT THE DOG SHE DID NOT WANT THE PUPPY, JUST A REFUND. I TOLD HER MOTHER I WOULD SPEAK TO MY PARTNER ABOUT IT, BUT THAT ALL SALES WERE FINAL AND THAT WE COULD NOT BE SELLING HER A PUPPY ONLY TO REFUND IT 5MIN LATER BECAUSE SHE CHANGED HER MIND. THIS DOES NOT MAKE US A SCAM NOR DOES IT MEAN ITS THEFT.

IT MEANS WE HAVE A CONTRACT IN PLACE. SHE IS YOUNG SO WE ARE ALLOWING THE REFUND, BUT HER STATEMENT IS ENTIRELY FALSE. SHE WAS SCHEDULED FOR 8/15 AND WITHIN 20IN OF PURCHASING SHE DECIDED SHE NO LONGER WANTED THE PUPPY AND SAID SHE WANTED TO CANCEL, WHICH WE DO NOT ALLOW, THAT IS WHY SHE IS UPSET BECAUSE SHE CANNOT CANCEL AS PER THE CONTRACT.

THIS DOES NOT MAKE IT THEFT. SHE HAD A VALID BOOKING AND CHOSE NOT TO RECEIVE THE PUPPY AND HAS REFUSED TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME, ONLY SENDS HER MOTHER TO DO SO.
