As a business owner we had two different 36 month contracts ending on January 28, 2011. I received a quarterly bill and as usual paid it in a timely fashion for the months of April-June. I decided to cancel my services on April 19th, 2011 effective immediately and subsequently sent a fax to do so and called and spoke to a representative at ADT. It took them OVER a month to process my letter and they actually didn't turn our service off until June 3rd, which I asked for my services to be cancelled Immediately on April 19th, 2011. I've sent multiple faxes to correct cancellation dates which doesn't help my case and the Original contract I have in my hand has 'Hand Written' by them stating "customer may cancel after 36 months without penalty". NOWHERE in ANY of their records can they find this and tell me they have a mandatory 30 days of processing that isn't  anywhere on my contract and they aren't willing to refund my money for the last two months of the quarter. They are only willing to refund the last month of the quarter for both accounts. Have been trying to resolve this since April 19th and its now August 2nd and I still haven't received a refund of ANY kind at all.
