advance auto parts/ middlefield Ohio Ashley Short/ Roanoke VA Selling defective and sometimes incomplete brake calipers Roanoke, Virginia
Advance Auto Parts sold me defective and incomplete brake calipers. I had to remove and change them out four times. I took them back, THEY inspected them and THEY AGREED on my issues and gave me a replacement.
After the fourth time, they said I can no longer return them under the limited lifetime warranty.
The bad calipers also cost me for new rotors and seals.
Store manager "Eric" said I would be compensated, but was not.
After complaining to their corp. office in Roanoke VA., Ashley Short sent me a $15.00 AAP gift card which doesn't even cover gas. They also refuse to answer any more of my correspondence with them.
