Gloria,
I worked for the one in Spartanburg, Reidville RD. OMG!!! This is too funny, I had to get a workers comp attorney, because In Mar. 2010 I had a pallet fall on my knee, I reported it to the assistant manager Tim Bright. He never reported it, I had to go to my dr. 3 months later because I couldn't walk. My dr. scheduled an mri, and workers comp denied it because it wasn't set up through workers comp. My dr suspected a torn lig or tendon. No other dr. would see me because workers comp, so I couldn't be written out of work. So I was out of work with no pay for a month. I finally got a dr.s note for light duty but the new manager of the store Mike Wilkerson wanted me to tell him what I could do, to get more hours. OK, not my job. Here is the kicker. I filed a report with the EEOC, because the assistant manager "Tim Bright" sexually harrassed and assaulted me. I told Mike, he said he would handle it. Well nothing was done and I was still being asaulted. I called human resourses, they NEVER called me back. After months of this s**t, something was finally done. I got transferred to nowhere. I was with the company from Jan. 2009 to Aug 2010. I got that FMLA that was up in Nov. Now I am unemployed. I am still in rape/assault therapy, I have PTSD, pretty much screwed up do to what Advance has allowed to happen. If anyone would like to contact me at (((Redacted))) regarding similar probs we can help each other.
To advance,
Thank you for almost crippling me and screwing up my life!

First off you should of never made a false statement in a moter vehicle accident. That is something a 16yr old would do. Knowing that you have worked for AAP 3 years one would think that you were a responsable adult. AAP is not such a horrible place to work, I am serving my 4th yr and all you have to do is what is asked of you as with any job! Its to bad that we don't know the whole story because i'm sure that you are just feeling sorry for yourself and not the teammate of AAP. Next time be truthfull with yourself and most of all your employer! THE BEST PARTS IS OUR PEOPLE!
