Complaint Review: Advance Premier - Canoga Park California

Advance Premier promises pre-set home owner insurance leads. They guarantee each lead but not one lead is aware they are shopping for home insurance or even want a quote. Advance Premier is just pulling names off of lists and selling each lead for  $18 each.  I sent them a $450 check. Not one lead has been legitimately looking for insurance or has been a so called pre-set appointment.  Do not send them any money. They will not respond to any form of contact.

Ken Baker will not answer your calls after he receives your check as he knows it is a total scam. They promised to send leads of people shopping for insurance and ready to buy. Not a single person was shopping for insurance or were ever contacted to set up to be contacted.  This company sends names to you that have absolutely no knowledge of the fact that you will be contacting them. It is just a cold call contact in which they send you.  Do not use Advance Premier! Call Ken Baker and ask him what he has to offer. 310 272-9579.

    Advance Premier Service is an information processor for home/life insurance clients. We guide people to lenders within the United States. In 2014 we now work with only prime lenders in America that will supply clients to us that are funded and have a home picked out. They have been asked if they would like to speak to a local agent. These clients fit in three categories–Clients who are looking for a competitive quote due to a sharp rise in their current insurance policy costs and through our marketing to contractors, real estate agents and moving companies – relocation people or people looking for home insurance for the first time. (They will not all be first time buyers.) We guarantee in writing the agencies we team up with will be….

The process to create your agencies new client base is…..

  Once the client has agreed to hear from our affiliate agency, they fill out an application.(SAMPLE  APP’SABOVE)we retrieve these and call the client and verify the information. Then set a phone appointment time for the agency to reach the client. The appointment times are set during the normal working hours of an agency. We then give the client the agency name that is to contact them. We send 1 per day Mon – Thurs. to an agencies email.

  If you write their policies and cross sell them every way you can. You have earned a new client. We then will receive a small percentage of the closings from the lender that supplied that client. Two separate financial entities. You make your money from the client we make ours from that lender. The more you write, the more we earn together.

  We replace any client that does not result in a written policy, at no additional cost – no monthly fee’s to keep the program going until the agency has all written client policies paid for. The agency may have to reach out to multiple clients to write that amount of business. You purchase 25 – 30 policies these are not just names and numbers with no results. We offer a 100%return on investment. The agency must write all total clients purchased in actual policies.

  This will take a period of time to accomplish, about 45 – 90 business day’s. Not every preson sent can result in a policy, but any agency can write at least 25 – 30 policies in almost 4month’s from the client base we supply. Not every person will result in a policy - so if the client - changes their mind, already obtained insurance, no answer at the appointment time, The client goes in another direction, to many claims...etc - we will replace them.
