In response to Advanced Vendings response. I have not refused any locations at all. Actaully it was quite the opposite, I took some locations in the worst areas that I would never step foot into just to get the machines out of my garage. No locating money has ever been refunded to me so I dont know where they are coming up with that one at all. The several attempts at finding locations for me always included more money and having no one to place and set up these machines like what was promised to me. If Mr. Cunningham ever returned my calls, and I have called plenty, maybe he could understand the extent of the situation and the financial burden this has placed on my family and I. A week after I was told that Mr. Foremans locations were no longer available a friend of mine inquired to Advanced Vending and was given the same information, and to contact Mr. Foreman. He was told at that time that there were 37 locations locked up and ready to go in his area, just like I was told, which was only 10 miles away from my initial area. After hearing this I tried to contact Mr. Foreman in order to hopefully get some of these locations for me but was never contacted back. You draw your own conclusions.

Firstly, although Sparky does not wish to give either his name, or the name of the other party in Virginia, we know their identities as they are currently the only two complaints we have on record! As to "Sparky's" grievance: 1. Several attempts to provide locations for his machines have been made. 2. Sparky has refused every location that was provided to him. 3. After Sparky's refusal of locations, and several attempts to provide locations for his machines, his money for the location fees was refunded to him. 4. Advanced Vending has done everything, and more, required of us. Further, both Advanced Vending Inc and Mr.Steve Foreman, resent the implication that the unhappy circumstances that caused these problems were a contrivance. They were not. Other areas and other customers were also affected by what can best be described as a business betrayal. Mr. Foreman has been severely hurt financially by this, and, in consequence, can no longer operate his business.
