Advanced Vending Locating ripoff Bellingham Washington
I contact Bill Evans (and another Evans named individual) at Advanced Vending Locating to place 30-some jewelry displays. The standard contract terms that everyone else here is talking about applied, guarantees as to the number of sales per unit, etc. etc.
Evans had larry Rosembaum meet with me in Virginia to collect "his" half of the fee and forward it to Evans.
Shortly thereafter, Rosembaum reported back to me with a list of locations, and "contracts" from the store owners/managers. When we went to place the displays, NOT ONE, Repeat NOT ONE of the locations was legitimate. I got calls from the owners telling me to come get my display before they threw it in the trash, one even volunteered to go to court to testify that the signature on the placement contract was a forgery.
I contacted Larry, Bill, Bob, and whatever other names they were using and got no where. I talked to the attorney general's office in Washington state, the local authorities and others. They all knew about the Evans klan and there reputation.
This is a guy who needs to be stopped, and jailed with sex offenders (or future sex offenders!)
I just found this website, so posted the report, but the scam occured two years ago!! And he's still obviously out there.
