Advantage Capital is a ripoff. Carson City, Nevada
I sighned up with there program over the phone in December 2001. I tries to cancel several hours later and was told I could not since i was not in here system yet. I should call back in a few days. I called back several days later and cancled. I was told the $19.95 would be credited back to my account and no further charges would be made. Next thing I know i have a debit of $54.90 taken out of my account for ePHONE a company I never heard of at that time.
So I caleed AC again and they said I sighned up for ePhone. I said no and once again cancled and asked if any more monies were going to be withdrawen, I was told no. And that the $19.95 was not refundable. So i attempeted about a dozen times to get a hold of ePhone and get a refund. Which i finally got, it only took several months, and then in Febuary the 4th I had $99.00 taken out of my account for a company called HouseHold Protection.
I again had to call AC back again and I asked to talk to a supervisor and I was told that I could not. Needless to say I did get my money back from Household Protection. But in the mean time iv had several bounced checks because of AC. When I filled with the BBB, AC only had 12 complaints at that time, they now have over 725 in a 12 month period, They also changed there web page . They took off the 100% satisfaction guarented. They are ripping off the consumers
