Affiliates Prog - affiliatesprog.com I promoted the scammers' website but they didn't pay me. They're a PPL website (they pay me for each person that I bring to their website and that enters in their details into the signup form: name and email address) Toronto Ontario Canada
These scammers are a PPL (pay per lead) program, meaning that you get paid for every person that you refer to them and that enters in their info (name and email address) into the scammers' sign up form. That's all there is to PPL programs.
When I first joined them (on 29th or 30th of January 2009, not sure exactly when that was) and I asked them several things that I didn't understand about their "business" they were very kind and prompt in answering back (most of times it took them less than 12 hours to reply) but as I began to approach the payment date and waiting anxiously to get paid for my work, they began not to respond to my messages anymore and what's worse is not that they didn't pay me but they left me with a high Google Adwords advertising bill (I spent around $400 to promote their scam and $400 it's little more than the monthly salary here in Romania).
I should have been paid as soon as I met their set threshold ($150) and also after 45 days had passed since the date I joined. That's all they said it takes in order for me to receive payment. Well, now as I file this report its the 22nd of May 2009 (this is more than 110 days since I signed up with them) and although the balance in my account shows $774,5 they won't pay me nor will they respond to my messages anymore. I even told them that I am going to file a report with ripoffreport.com and told them at least to get back to me so that we can settle this down amiably. But obviously, no response.

I too Joined affiliates prog in october 2008 and earned more than 1000 dollars but not yet got paid. I have sent them so many emails, but to no use. They don't reply atall. I then cancelled of my Ipower website even by contacting Ipower. In febrauary end, i found a similar type of program. And their website is www.makefreedollars.com. I thought they might also be scam, so first i tried sending them email that whether they reply or not. But they replied. They too want us to join ipower, and i tried again because i don't want others too get cheated. They pay in new zealand dollars. Similarly i promoted them and 45 days were over and i was now eligible for 1st payout. As i joined them on 18th feb, i was to be paid on 30th april now. Till then i did not support them much but still earned 368 dollars. After approval, i was amazed. I saw 218 dollars in my paypal account on 2nd may. Wow! Now i started supoorting them more and i am waiting for this month 30th as i have 1340 dollars in my pending balance. Lets see how much they pay.
