Complaint Review: AGM International - Wilmington Delaware

On July 7, 2003 I purchased a basic mall from AGM International Inc. for the amount of $745.00 and sent a wire transfer From Bank of America, to Bank Hapoalim transaction #****0707****** on 7-7-03. I have sent 6 different emails requesting technical support and have not receive any help and to is July 21, 2003.

Below are a couple of emails sent to AGM International requestiong help.

EMAIL #1

Folks, "ready pages" ws_ftp.log, work at home.jpg, invitation.cfm, and hitbox is not uploading. Is there new files available? The hitbox file, does NOT have a filename extension, what should it be? Do I have a money4u.net email address?

EMAIL #2

Staff, I sent THREE request for help last week and now TWO this week and I receive a email saying redirect my request to this email address instead of answering my request. This is Poor service, and I this is only my Second with AGM. I question the type of service to come. I would appreciate a response asap. Ready Pages " ws_ftp.log, work at home.jpg, invitation.cfm, and hitbox is not uploading. Is there new files available? The hitbox file, does NOT have a filename extension, what should it be? Do I have a money4u.net email address? Please advise.

Adam, I need the following updated files to complete my 50 website links: Shop directory is missing mall16 - mall19, the 50 directory has Two (2) files that will not upload: work at home.jpg--not a true jpg error, ws_ftp.log--invalid file type error. The Biz directory has an invalid file name: invitation.cfm. I need to move on to the next step asap.

Where do I login to verify how many hits my website has received, check my payment status for sales made? Also in my previous emails I asked if I had a money4u.net email address. I would appreciate a response asap, as I have been trying to get some help for over a week now.

To Whom It May Concern:

I purchased a Basic mall 2 weeks ago, and have requested support on 5 or 6 different occasions via the support page on the Steps training site, via email to [email protected] and [email protected] and have not received a reply yet. How can I promote a business I Just bought and cant get any support / training to move forward. I need answers to the following questions:

1.Where is my administrative / controller site, that I login to. To verify my account payments, sales etc

2.What is my money4u.net email address?

3.How do I put a page counter on my site to verify traffic / hits on my website.

6.I noticed that I can change the name of the owner in my URL http://www.money4u.net/owner/****** I can change it to Kevin, mike etc and still get the agm home page. How do I ensure that the URL that I submit for advertising is not altered by anyone prohibiting me from getting paid.

7. What's the phone number and fax number that I can reach a live person, since the live help is always down?
