Agnitum Usa lied ripoff San Jose California
Agnitum publisher of "out-post" firewall promised me to deliver thier software via my e-mail as soon as i paid and the order was submitted. They have a quick buy link in thier home page and when you click it youll see thier promise there it states "you will recive your product immediatly".
However as soon as i paid with my credit card they sent me an e-mail saying that they would send my activation key within 4 hours or not more then 24 hours, and i ended up getting my activation key after 10 hours or the following day. I got upset because i wanted to install and use the software at the time of purchase for security reasons, so i requested by e-mail to cancel my order and a refund.
Next day anstassia from agnitum support team said "sorry no refund" and just gave ma a link to read where they will not give refunds after purchase. I tried a second time and requested again, but after 2 days they denied my request. I tried thier 888 toll free number but all i got was answering machine, now im stuck with a charge of $39.95. Thier software is not installed on my computer but my payment is on thier wallets ! Agnitum,publisher of out-post firewall have a bad refund policy !!-cost of firewall is $39.95

agnitum-outpost-firewall, warning agnitum has no refund policy ! think twice before you buy from them.
